Appraiser found meth and Heroin
I’m 1900 dollars into this deal it’s a vacant 4plex and the appraiser found the apartment broke into and drugs I still think the numbers work out The sellers agent doesn’t respond about if the property has any meth reports I’m beginning to be scared of the potential ongoing problems this property may bring. What can I do moving forward to prevent this and make it a success for me and the building ?
