Positive Mindset!

so much has been written about keeping a positive mindset - you could literally get lost just thinking about it.

i think what's most important for alot of investors just starting out is to approach everything you do with a an attitude that screams -

I'M GOING TO DO THIS AND MAKE IT MAKE ME MONEY!

now along with this statement is the reality of due-diligence - and that's with everything you do! becoming a successful investor is a lifestyle change.

it's not just about reading books about real estate investing and asking questions about title insurance, appraisals and contract clauses.

it's about going the extra mile. you will only go as far as you push yourself.

so when you're feeling a little "dumpy" or down - refocus your efforts and no matter what - don't give up!
