I'm in the middle of negotiations for my first flip or Brrrr investment I have been preapproved through a Hard Money Lender. How I got here  hasn't been easy. The first thing people suggest on here or anyone you ask is getting your financial house in order meaning credit start saving money etc....which I totally agree with, but there are other ways to get in this business you just have to be creative. I'm making this post to let you know that it is possible and if you are part of this site you are definitely on the right path.
