Finding Title Company or Real Estate Attorney

This morning I took the time to call all of the title companies in the Dover, De area and to my luck either the line was out of service or I got an answer only to find out none of them do closings. So my next step is to talk to different real estate attorneys in my area. What I'm looking for is to find someone who can do assignment of contract or ABC closing. I haven't contacted the attorneys yet because 1 I don't know if they will charge me just to speak to them and maybe get a copy of their FSBO package. And 2 I was told not to waste others time with stupid or dumb questions as I want don't want to appear a time waster. If anyone could give me some info I'd greatly appreciate it
