To LLC, or not to LLC

Is it better to LLC your business from the start or until established? I'm putting together my business plan so I can organize myself in order to have a good start. I have never just rushed into anything. At the moment, I've learning and researching the strategies and trying to find my niche. I am leaning towards wholesaling at first and eventually transitioning to BRRR, Flipping, and Buy and Hold. Thanks for any feedback from the foram.

Given the ease of establishing an LLC, I would wait until I had a deal and just focus on finding the deal.
