Closing (What is a "reasonable"/"normal" timeframe?)

I understand timeframes vary due to circumstance, yet, what is a normal closing proposal? I just completed a 14 day (which I know is "fast" - extended to about 25 due to negotiating further due to inspection results).

I have more that have been presented and would like to take my time on potential deals 2, 3. Any and all perspectives would be appreciated.

Both are completed rehabs.
