Building a Knowledge Base

Posted

Hello, I'm new not entirely new to property management, but let's just say I'm looking to kick my game up a few notches. Does anyone have any pointers, resources, book recommendations etc.? For context, I am currently looking to acquire an apartment complex of at least 16 units, whether built by my self or pre-existing.
