Well, as it currently stands I believe I have the working capital to get started without any investors. Admittedly, however I have yet to investigate that area. Currently I am located in the immediate vicinity of Seattle. Thank you for the recommendations, I will give them a good look.

Hello, I'm new not entirely new to property management, but let's just say I'm looking to kick my game up a few notches. Does anyone have any pointers, resources, book recommendations etc.? For context, I am currently looking to acquire an apartment complex of at least 16 units, whether built by my self or pre-existing.
