Sending contractor to view property before making offer?
Hi all,
I have a newbie question and would really appreciate your help. I'm looking at a 2 bdrm property that I believe can have an extra bedroom added. I'm planning to invest long-distance and want to hire a contractor to check out the property to see if this is a feasible option. How would I go about doing this - would I have to first make an offer with an inspection contingency?
Thanks in advance!
