Thanks for the reply. I had looked at some forms and REI clubs around the MN area. I haven't checked the commerce department. I will! I haen't found any "decent" clubs that have follow through (a little short coming of mine, I hate people that can't follow through or make a desicion about things). Best bet is to probably keep on them. I will check them out though, thanks again

actualy I am not. I know of the mortgage brokers board here in MN. I have only been a broker since July of 06. Something that I have always wanted to pursue for years. Just now or since becoming a broker I have taken action on. When you say "boards" what do you mean? Maybe can make some suggestions? Or post a key word I might be able to use? Thank you for the input. It is very important and thank you for taking the time! I will do what I can for the next that needs help

Hello all, I am looking to build a team in the MN twin cities area. I am a mortgage broker but that has no influence, can be used as an avenue if needed. I also have access to the MLS. Need contractors and investors others to partner together and help each other out. Looking to flip homes, the worst house in the best areas.
