Getting started in Amarillo Texas
My wife and I are about to move back home to Amarillo from Colorado. I'm currently an airline pilot and want to get my feet wet with single family rentals. We are planning on relocating to the Texas panhandle this fall and in the meantime I would like to start getting ready. What sort of pre planning things do I need to accomplish before that first deal? I'm asking about things like, forming an LLC in Texas, organizing a good system for evaluating deals, networking with other local investors, etc. any tips and guidance are appreciated.

If any of you guys are looking for a property in Amarillo still, I have a heck of a deal for 80k, but needs to close fast. Lmk
