@Jaysen Medhurst @Jeff Copeland I heard the rule was you have to live in it for a minimum of 60 days, however im still looking into it

I am currently staying in the barracks on base in the Oklahoma City area, and plan to purchase my first property through a VA loan to get started. Should I purchase while Im staying in the barracks and rent it to a tenant, or wait to house hack it with some roommates when I move out?

I recently discovered a piece of software called Propstream, thats accesses the MLS and can help you find good deals. Ive seen a lot online but can anyone who uses it or has used it tell me if its worth it?
