Business Plans Are They Needed
I have an LLC and Articles of Organization. I also have a business plan. How many people use a business plan when flipping houses? How do I know if my plan is worthwhile?

A plan is imperative. Without it, how do you know if your decisions are right? For that matter, how do you make decisions at all? Many of the questions posed on this forum are asked because the questioner has no plan...and "flipping 3 houses and buying one rental per year " is NOT a plan.
