I'm looking at doing some investing in South Carolina area. I am looking into the Columbia area. Does anybody know of any good real estate agents, lenders, and property managers I can get ahold of?

Hey @Tanner Flint we have loads of good vendors here in Columbia.  A few good agents that are on BP are @Levi Lane @Christopher Bunge and @Chris DeTreville.

You may want to start there.  be sure to know what you are looking for and how much you want to spend.  This guys are super busy so their time is precious :)
