I submitted my information on Zillow to get more information on a property listed at 50k. The agent ask if I wanted to see the property in person but I haven’t completed my pre approval process yet which I believe I have a good chance at getting.

Should I go? Someone recommended I take a general contractor. this is my first real estate deal.
