Is zillow accurate ??

This might be a rookie question but I never had anyone clarify it for me, Is Zillow accurate ? Will it show the correct value of a property AND the surrounding properties ? I have a realtor and he sends me properties on the MLS. But on my own time I like to search for homes on my own, how much can I rely on Zillow ?

@Jesse Barahona Zillow is rarely accurate.

If you have a realtor, he/she can give you a better idea of value
