I live in there Central Valley and would like to know if there are any investors near me to learn on what the market is like here and any tips on starting my Real Estate Investing. I am new to BP and love the blogs, discussions, and webinars. I have also read the ultimate guide for beginners in real estate l and have been getting educated for a few months now.
