i did again! closed on my second investment property.

Hello Everyone,

i got to know about PB last year August.i started learning so much through the podcast.At that moment i already had one investment property.i decided to get into the niche of Airbnb . Started renting one vacant bedroom in my house,made a success on that and became a superhost in short period.Today i closed on my second property which needs some work, furnish it and then list the entire house on Airbnb.
