@Kim Snyder I invest in Fayetteville NC . This market is stable very good for cash flow because of the military base Fort Bragg. You can so many properties under 150 k. You can hit me up for information.

Hello Everyone,

i got to know about PB last year August.i started learning so much through the podcast.At that moment i already had one investment property.i decided to get into the niche of Airbnb . Started renting one vacant bedroom in my house,made a success on that and became a superhost in short period.Today i closed on my second property which needs some work, furnish it and then list the entire house on Airbnb.
