Newbie advice: Should I renegotiate

Hello, I am a newbie investor and I just negotiated my first deal. The listing for the house states that it comes with washer and dryer but the seller’s changed their minds after the original agreement was signed to no longer include it because “they still owed on it”. At first it wasn’t a huge bother to me but after checking the listings again due to that surreal feeling of “I did it, I negotiated my first deal” and constantly looking at it with that sense of pride, it starting to hit me. I am wondering this a big deal (as I can always just get a new one in time) but this listing includes it, or should I renegotiate as I really want it to be included? Any advice would be welcomed.
