Anyone purchased a prefabbed container home? How much would you spend? There are ranges from 30k-300k.

I see some on Ebay for under 70k, they look decent. I want at least 600 sqft. to start.. I would build my own seperate additions.

Anybody experienced purchasing land and buying prefabbed container home?

Any experience with financial hurdles such as getting loans for either the land or container home?

Anyone rent out container homes?

Can you refinance........?

Can you BRRRR container home builds?
