Market in Cleveland?
Hey everyone, I wanted to ask if anyone has thoughts about investing in the Cleveland area. My longtime boyfriend and I are looking to buy singlefamilies with good potential for sweat equity in the area, although we're also considering other cities such as Indianapolis. I am currently a leasing agent while my boyfriend is a loan processor.
We're specifically looking at Brooklyn, Euclid, Garfield Heights, and Cleveland Heights, but we're open to considering other neighborhoods! We are not very familiar with the city, and have been doing research with this guide as a starting point. We've also noticed Cleveland has relatively high property taxes. Is there any way to mitigate the property tax burden, or are there areas with lower taxes?
If anyone has any helpful tips or advice we would greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance!
