Hello everyone I need your help. Today I made a call to a recommended broker. I setup an appointment with him in a couple of days.  What is the best way to start the conversation? What should I say in order to be taken seriously? Tips, Suggestions, point of view. I'm all ears. Thanks for your help

Hi Rasiel,

Introduce yourself and tell him what you are looking for. Be prepared to let him know what price range you are at, how much down payment, what areas you like to focus, let him know if you are preapproved or not. From there he should be able to guide you on the right path.  If you don't know what areas you want to buy that is fine not a big deal but the other 3 things you should have an answer.
