Starting with a 32 unit Multi-Family Rental?

I've heard it said that it doesn't matter what your first deal is, but that its just better to get the first deal done. Does jumping into a 32 unit multi family make sense for a first deal if the numbers are right? or is this asking for trouble?

Yes I have, I'll shoot you a message. I suggest checking out some of the webinars that BP puts on, @Brandon Turner covers deal analysis very well.
