SF Homes in Fayetteville, NC - near Fort Bragg

Hello,

My wife and I are looking to purchase our first investment property. At this time, we're interested in single family homes to buy and hold. We've been poking around Fayetteville, NC and Cabot, AR. Any advice about these areas? Any ideas on other areas we could be looking at that will achieve a price point around $100K - $125K for a SFH in decent/stable neighborhoods with healthy rent rates?

Also, for those in the Fayetteville/Cabot area -- any suggestions on local professionals (property managers, real estate agents, etc)?
