Best Batch skip tracing service

What is the best service to use for skip tracing large amounts of leads. Right now I need 750 skipped. I have beenverified and I'm not impressed. I also don't have my LLC registered yet so I can't use TLO or lexisnexis. I have looked into reiskip, batchskiptracing, batchskiptrace, myreipro and a few other ones. I'm really looking for something that has a low minimum or none at all but is also affordable and accurate. Any suggestions ?
