Building a tream for first investment property
Hello BP community! My wife and I recently went to contract to start the process in purchasing our first rental property. It is over an hour away by my son's college, Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ. My realtor has been amazing thus far, in which he told us that he has plenty of contacts with contractors, handyman, plumbers etc. I would greatly appreciate if anyone has any recommendations in the Glassboro, NJ area for plumber, electrician, handyman, contractor, HVAC, etc. I want to compare what my realtor has recommended and see if there is any overlapping in order to make a sound decision. Any suggestions would be amazing. Thank you!!!
Jeff
