Do i still need to do an inspection?
If a landlord finances me his property and he says everything in the property is ok. Do i still need to do an inspection?
Because if he rents his house it means he already fixed it and he made sure everything is ok to rent it out
no??

Always always always get a home inspector to look at the property. Make sure that the inspector is someone who is trusted but is not related to or knows either yourself or to the seller.
