DO i need a different LLC in a different state?

Hey Everyone. I am new to bigger pockets. I just started getting into some rental properties this last year.

I had a question about investing out of state. Me and a partner are going in together on a property in colordao and I live in texas. I have an LLC in Texas but I was wondering if I needed to get an LLC for Colorado or can I use my LLC from Texas?

Also for those of you that have done partnerships. Any tips to how you work that out together? Thanks

I would 100% not ask anyone that question other than your (hopefully investor-friendly) accountant, and/or an entity specialist. Everyone's situation will be different.
