Hey Everyone,

i am looking to buy a property in fayetteville to re t out to college student. Does anyone have any good recomendations for a realitor in the area and a good propery management company? Thanks!

thank you all or your feedback. That as truly helpful. It looks like I am not going to go through with the program but stick to the bigger pockets forums and continue to work with people who have had some success in my area. These posts were very helpful!

no need to keep repeating yourself. Calling me dumb once was enough.

Hey All,

I am thinking of signing up for Ryan Pinedas mastermind  rookie program. It sounds like its mostly wholesaling and flipping. Its pretty expensive about $8000 up front for a full year. I was wondering if anyone has gone through it and have any suggestions. I don't want to spend that kind of money to find out that its something where they just throw a lot of information your way and don't really mentor you through the process. Thanks.

Hey Everyone. I am new to bigger pockets. I just started getting into some rental properties this last year.

I had a question about investing out of state. Me and a partner are going in together on a property in colordao and I live in texas. I have an LLC in Texas but I was wondering if I needed to get an LLC for Colorado or can I use my LLC from Texas?

Also for those of you that have done partnerships. Any tips to how you work that out together? Thanks

I would be interested in partnering or investing if the deal was right.

James,

Did you pay cash for the first house and then refinance your money out of it? Also on average how much cash flow are you getting from your 6 houses after you refinance?
