Hey everyone!

We are looking to put together a deal in the future with some other investors. I was wondering if anyone had any really good book recommendations that would cover the ins and outs of structuring partnerships? Thanks!

Ryan

Hey Ryan!

I haven't ran across any, but there are several podcast episodes that involve partnerships. check out episode 237, 228, 095. They give bits and pieces of structuring their deals, but as far as the actual contract goes, you may want to consult with a lawyer in your state. Best of luck! Lamart Glenn
