Last year appraisal is $130,000, but seller wants $180,000
Hello gurus,
So if the house is appraised fro $130,000 but seller wants $180,000, does this mean I would need to come up with additional $50K? I plan to take mortgage with 10% downpayment.
I am looking into buying my first house that I can rent out in North Florida, and prices are much higher then appraised value..not even a joke:(
