To do it all over again
I'm a guy in my early twenties. Just started an opportunity fund. Hoping to use it to buy a multifamily property, or a single-family if the numbers make sense. I plan on house hacking that situation. I am currently renting a 3 bedroom house with two roommates and will be moving out of here in 12-14 months back to the Kansas City area. Not too sure of my direction after that. I have not decided on a niche. Yet I could see myself acquiring more multi-family properties. For those of you that had similar beginnings, what do you wish you had done differently? What worked out and what decisions were you glad you made? What advice would you give someone in my situation? Thanks for all the free knowledge! Keep Hammering
