Would you replace these kitchen cabinets?

(I'll try and post a pic if possible.)

Details:

I'm planning on flipping it.

They are real wood and in good condition, but

1985 oak cabinets.

I would install new self closing hinges and paint them.

Appreciate your thoughts and insight.

@Jonathan Cronkite as @Christina Morgan mentioned it depends. What is the end goal and what will the market support? If you plan to flip then do the comps at the price point you want support your decision? If you can keep them and make it work I would say that is your best bet. However, if it is not in line with your desired comps/selling price then replace. Kitchens are of course a top selling point for most buyers so even if you had to spend the extra money it may be worth it.
