My First Job in Real Estate

Hello Everyone 

I´m really happy to announce that today is my first day in a real estate company I´ll work as a Real Estate Development Analysis Intern for a Land development company here in Monterrey focusing on commercial,industrial and mixed-use RE any advice is more than welcome I´m really excited and a bit nervous

Congratulations! Here's some advice I received but did not follow and I regret that. 

Keep your opinion to yourself. You're an analyst, let the number speak for you.

Always offer to get coffee for someone but always make terrible coffee. you want to be known as consider it but you don't want to be known as the person who makes the coffee.

And finally, under no circumstances are you ever to lean back in your office chair and put your feet on your desk.
