Is being a CPA beneficial in Real Estate Investing?

Hello,

I graduate this spring with a Bachelors in Accounting. Over that past year, I have been researching real estate investing and I can not wait to get started. I really want to use real estate to help me gain financial freedom so that I will not be stuck at a 9-5. With that being said, would it be beneficial for me to go get a MAcc (one year program), and sit for the CPA exam?

I am asking this question because I know that a 9-5 W2 job is not how I want to spend the rest of my life, and I am looking for financial freedom as quickly as possible, with the understanding of working hard and not rushing it. I also plan to use the W2 job to pay my monthly expenses and save for investments. So once the W2 job is no longer necessary would my CPA be useless?

Thanks in advance, and I look forward to hearing everyone's responses!
