@Brandon Sturgill Hi Brandon. Sorry for the late reply. We're looking to rehab rental units amd sfr to rent. We are looking at several locations. Fountain square, broad ripple, University heights, meridian kessler. Also we are intereated on areas surrounding butler univ. And iupui for rental units. A, B & C (up & coming) class neighborhoods where we can find fixer uppers.
