Best Accounting Software to Use?

Hi Everyone! I'm a new investor, and I'm curious about what accounting software you use to track your projects. I'm doing new construction multifamily (i.e. duplexes) and need a way to track all of my costs. Is QuickBooks the best way to go or is there an industry specific software that's available (and easy to use/learn?) Appreciate any feedback! Happy Investing!
