What Were Your Most Impactful Podcasts?

I have a friend looking into real estate investing, but she's not super knowledgable about the subject and I'd like to point her towards some specific episodes that she can go to for a decent foundation. Ultimately, it'll take exposure over time to gain a more thorough knowledge, but for starters, which episodes do you recommend?

My first two are:

- The most recent episode (320) with Investorgirlbritt

- Episode 296 with Rock Thomas

Thoughts?

@Josh Wilson - I've listened to every podcast, and while I owe most of my success to date to this show, it's hard to remember the specific episodes when I learned certain concepts.

I will say that I found Episode 14 with @Ben Leybovich to be extremely motivational.  Ben is an intelligent, funny guy with quite a story.

Episode 108 was my introduction to Grant Cardone.  That guy ... The energy!

Episode 234 with @Ryan Murdock was a ton of fun for me personally to hear another fellow Mainer killing it in this business.
