how to use your retirement funds to start LLC C or S Corp

Friends/Gurus,

Can someone please advise me on how to roll over my retirement funds into a self directed account, who are financial institutions who allow self directed IRA accounts, what are the steps and should i seek an attorney for doing this? Thanks.
