Hello fellow members, 

I'm doing a study to better understand the most common challenges faced by investors, and so that I can better serve you. 

So my question to you is this:

When it comes to real estate investing, what's the single biggest challenge, frustration or problem that you’ve been struggling with?

Right now, it is finding a value add property that is in a good neighborhood that is a good price.  I am sure they are out there but It would be great if there were more. 

I've just got to look for them.
