I live in Southern California. Single. No kids. Don’t make crazy money but have saved 25,000 - 30,000$ to invest into real estate. I know it’s possible to invest here in California but would you say I could stretch this amount of money farther in different locations? Or save more and try to invest in my state? Where are you investing and why? Looking forward to hearing from you!
