Hello, 

Can someone inform me of some investor friendly lenders in Wichita, KS ? I am looking for a loan that is 50k and under. I am an out of state investor and I would like to know what my options are.

Equity Bank in Wichita. The one out west. Small but decent size local bank, portfolio lender. They’ll do less than 50k. 

Might also try Fidelity, Emprise or Intrust. All small local banks.
