Paying my agent bonus
I’m in a hot market. How much of a bonus should I pay my agent to incentivize my agent to find me killer deals that meets my goals (not just mediocre deals currently on market)?

Hi Jason,
If it is an off-market deal you can pay your agent 2.5-3% of the sale price for bringing it to you. If its an MLS deal, the agent will be paid by the set forth commission and you don't need to.
