Me and my wife are looking to do our first flip,   We live in Nashville TN,  our main concern is how to fund the flip.  How do you get over the hurdle of just getting started. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

@Cyrell Ford hey Cyrell, are you planning on doing a live in flip or a non owner occupied (NOO) flip? With and owner occupied flip, you could consider doing an FHA 203k loan, otherwise for NOO you could consider doing a hard money loan. Dm me if you want to chat more about this. Best of luck, Kyle
