Hey Chandler.  There's over 10k agents in KC, but not a ton who really specialize in investing & like Luther said, also do it themselves.  Just a different animal when you actually buy investment properties yourself, have analyzed deals for yourself & also bought/sold flips & rentals.  Even fewer that are on BP!  ;)  

Kim Tucker does a fantastic job with MAREI & they offer a ton of good info with lots of good potential contacts.  Come to the next meeting & I'll see you at the check in desk. :)
