Investors reaching out
Hi guys,
I have had a few local investors reach out and ask if I would be willing to handle some rehabs for them. My question for others is what’s the best way for me to approach it? If/when people manage rehabs for others do you charge a straight fee? Or request a percentage of the profits of the flip? I am trying to figure out the best way to keep the investor happy to be able to continue work with them and not waste my time on the job.
