@Jared Mann I always tell my contractors that they are in a competitive bid situation. And I’ll always follow up with the guys Even if they didn’t get the job. Do you know or have you used either of these contractors? If not, you might want to ask yourself why the first guy was already known? Maybe the second guy is better and you can leverage the cheaper bid to bring his down.

Hi guys,

I have had a few local investors reach out and ask if I would be willing to handle some rehabs for them. My question for others is what’s the best way for me to approach it? If/when people manage rehabs for others do you charge a straight fee? Or request a percentage of the profits of the flip? I am trying to figure out the best way to keep the investor happy to be able to continue work with them and not waste my time on the job.

Hi all! This is my first post and I am a new member here. I work for a larger Investment company. I am looking to meet local investors. The company I work for mainly work the foreclosure auctions at the court house steps. I am looking into finding other ways and strategies for acquisitions personally. We have employees who do all the leg work finding ya liens, HOA liens, juniors, Ect. I ultimately want to enter the field of REI for myself. I am trying to ease myself into it and gain as much knowledge as possible. I would love to meet other local investors as well.
