Self-directed IRA to fund a rehab/flip

Hi,

Working on an opportunity to act as a silent investor for a rehab/flip and was wondering if I can open a LLC and fund it using my self-directed IRA? Would there be any tax benefits from that or would the profits be taxed normally with the only benefit being that I am not using my cash? @Dmitriy Fomichenko
