I have a Dumb question,
I have found a property I am interested in. I made a verbal offer. Realtor for seller wants a P & S. Do I wait for counter offer or do I proceed with P& S. My lawyer has not gotten back to me yet to advise.
Thank You
Tim

Hi @Tim Lovell
Your offer isn't real until it's on paper. Get it on paper to make sure it's clear and there aren't any misunderstandings down the road.
